Amaranth Food Colors


Amaranth is an unreal food dye known as red dye #2 too. It brings its name due to the colour is same to that of the plant named Amaranth. The name was acquires from amaranth grain, a plant make out by its red color and suitable for eat protein rich seeds. Amaranth is one type of monazo dye that is normally reddish brown to dark reddish brown powder [granules].
